You shouldn’t even call this a croissant. What they label as a croissant is a lie. The texture was all wrong. The crust was oddly smooth and felt like a soft bread ball. The taste was straight up strange, tasting of cheese with a very cheesy smell and after taste, and no, I didn’t accidentally order a cheese croissant. That being said, the taste wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting for a croissant. Purebread has a wide assortment of baked goods on display, but you should probably stay away from their so-called croissants.
